Privacy Policy

This notice describes how BRAAAP Motorsports (M) Sdn. Bhd. uses information for the MOTORIDE website and Android application.

Google sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, name and verified email address. We store these details to create or connect your rental account and authenticate future sign-ins. We request basic profile and email access only. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.

New Google registrations are customer accounts. An existing rental account must be signed in before its matching Google account can be connected. Google access tokens are used to verify the sign-in and are not retained for background access.

Bookings and payments

We use your account, contact and booking details to manage rentals, provide booking and payment updates, and send return reminders. Payment checkout is handled by Bayarcash. The website records payment references and status; card details are entered with the payment provider.

Service providers and storage

Information is processed by our website hosting and email services, Google for Google sign-in, and Bayarcash for checkout as needed to provide these services. Google account information is used for account sign-in and rental administration, not advertising.

Your choices

You may use email and password registration instead of Google sign-in. You can remove the application's access through your Google Account settings. To request access, correction, account disconnection or deletion of your information, visit our account deletion page or contact us below. Booking or payment records may still be needed to resolve an outstanding rental or payment matter.
