Returning the motorcycle

Return the motorcycle by the date and time recorded in your booking. The return / office address is Lot 130, Jalan 18.19B, Taman Seri Serdang, 43300 Selangor. Contact BRAAAP in advance if you expect a delay or need a different arrangement.

Late returns are charged per day only, at the motorcycle’s 1-day rental rate for each additional 24-hour period or part thereof. Even one hour late is charged as one full day, with no grace period. More than 24 hours late starts a second charged day. The rate is saved with each new booking; existing reservations retain the policy recorded when they were booked. An email reminder is scheduled about five hours before the return time for an eligible paid rental.

Requesting cancellation

Use Request cancellation in My bookings or contact BRAAAP by WhatsApp, phone or email. Include your booking reference, rental dates and the reason for your request.

A request is reviewed by an administrator. Submitting the request does not immediately cancel the rental or automatically release a confirmed reservation. Wait for BRAAAP's confirmation.

Refund review

Cancellation requests received at least 14 calendar days before the pickup date are eligible for a refund. Calendar dates use Malaysia time (UTC+8); a request on the date exactly 14 days before pickup qualifies. Requests made later should be referred to BRAAAP for review. BRAAAP confirms the refund amount and processing timeframe by email. Refunds are processed by the administrator after verification; requesting cancellation does not automatically issue a payment refund.

If a verified payment is shown as requiring admin review, contact BRAAAP with the booking reference so the payment and availability can be checked.

Security deposit

The security deposit, equal to two times the motorcycle’s 1-day rental rate, is collected separately at pickup and is not part of your online rental payment. Contact BRAAAP about the deposit settlement and any outstanding rental charges when returning the motorcycle.

Consumer rights

These procedures do not limit consumer rights that apply under Malaysian law. Consumer Protection Act 1999 (KPDN).
